Please note: for UK, Europe, and International orders, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, hence we are not liable and cannot guarantee your parcel will arrive on time, for instance: Unexpected increase in demand, custom delays, or unfavourable weather conditions. All UK and Europe orders are delivered with DPD. International orders are shipped with DHL. Please track or make changes to your delivery by going on DPD Local, or DPD or DHL International.

How can I return an item?
Our online returns are operating as normal. To make a return or exchange please send an email to email@example.com
If you wish to return your item(s) in store, please return it to your nearest Arabian Oud store with a return period of 14 days after we reopen. Please keep the receipt of the item you need to return. Any online purchases made from 19 May 2020, can be returned up to 14 days after we’ve reopened our stores. Online purchases cannot be returned at Arabian Oud UK stores. In line with our returns policy, these products will need to be fully resellable condition i.e. unopened and unused, in its original packaging (wrapped in the transparent film), with proof of purchase. Please note loose oil products cannot be returned under any circumstances for hygiene, health and safety reasons.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Free delivery applies as follows:
Any UK order over £50 - Free Delivery
Any Europe order over £200.00 - Free Delivery
Any Rest of the World order over £300.00 - Free Delivery
Standard Delivery to the UK is free of charge.
We will deliver your products to anywhere in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles). Postage cost in the United Kingdom will be £10.00 for orders under £50. Orders over £50 will not incur any postage charges.
We also deliver to EU countries. Postage cost to the EU countries will be £40.00 for orders under £200. Orders over £200 will not incur any postage charges.
For the Rest of the World, we also do offer free delivery on orders over £300. Any order below £300 will incur a £60 shipping charge. Please see full list below for all countries we deliver to.

Orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed from time of purchase. This allows for card security verification checks and allows you to cancel up until then. Please note deliveries are made Monday – Friday only.
UK Orders will be delivered within 4 - 7 working days from the day after the purchase.
EU Orders will be delivered within 10 working days from the day after the purchase.
Orders outside the UK and EU will be delivered up to 15 working days from purchase.

We want to make sure you find the perfect product, so if something isn’t working out for any reason, we will issue a refund or exchange (stock permitting) within 14 days after we reopen our stores if the product qualifies for either a refund or an exchange which is left to our discretion. Please make sure items are in their original condition, otherwise we are unable to accept the item. At times return charges may apply. We cannot create return labels for APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
