Standard Delivery to the UK is free of charge when you spend over £20 on your total order. Any orders under £20.00 will incur a £12.00 postage & packaging charge.
We will deliver your products to anywhere in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles).
We also pleased to deliver to EU countries. Postage cost to the EU countries will be £20.00 for orders under £50. Orders over £50 will not incur any postage charges.
For the rest of the world, we also do offer free delivery on orders over £200. Any order below £200 will incur a £50 shipping charge. Please see full list below for all countries we deliver to.

Orders can take up to 24 hours to be processed from time of purchase. This allows for card security verification checks and allows you to cancel up until then. Orders placed on working days will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.
UK Orders will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days from purchase.
EU Orders will be delivered with ten days working days from purchase.
Rest of the world Orders will be delivered up to 15 working days from purchase.

We want to make sure you find the perfect product, so if something isn’t working out for any reason, we will issue a refund or exchange (stock permitting) within 14 days from the date you receive your order if the product qualifies for either a refund or an exchange which is left to our discretion. Please make sure items are in their original condition, otherwise we are unable to accept the item. At times return charges may apply. We cannot create return labels for APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
